Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, and if you use it on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to do so. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or its data;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site's security or operation;
• copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the Site using automated means without our permission;
• use the Site to transmit harmful code or to impersonate others.

The Site and its content — including the Soravel name, logo, text, graphics, design, and other materials — are owned by Gordley Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

The content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute professional advice, and we make no guarantee of any particular result. Descriptions of our services and pricing are for information only and may change at any time.

Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter into a binding agreement. Our services are provided under a separate written agreement between Soravel and the client. If there is any conflict between the Site and that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Our service pricing — including one-time setup fees and recurring monthly or annual fees — is described on the Site and confirmed in your signed services agreement. The following terms apply to clients who engage us for services and are subject to that signed agreement:

• Setup fees are one-time charges, billed at the start of your build. They are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Recurring fees are billed in advance — monthly plans each month, annual plans once for the full year.
• Unless you cancel, plans renew automatically: monthly plans renew month to month, annual plans renew year to year.
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider using the payment method you keep on file. You are responsible for keeping that method current.
• Certain usage — such as AI voice minutes and high-volume text messaging — is included up to the limits in your plan. Usage above those limits is billed in addition to your recurring fee, at the rates set out in your agreement.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• We may change our prices over time. Any rate locked in your signed agreement is honored for as long as that agreement provides.

• Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. Your service continues through the end of the notice period, and you are not billed after that.
• Annual plans are prepaid for the full year. They are not refundable and are not prorated if you cancel before the year ends — the discount on annual plans is given in exchange for the up-front commitment.
• Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
• There is no long-term contract beyond the term you choose.

If you provide your phone number and opt in, Soravel may send you text messages related to your inquiry, scheduled calls, and appointment confirmations and reminders. These messages are informational, not promotional marketing, and may be sent using automated technology.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using the Site or purchasing any service.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@soravelsystems.com or (940) 329-4700. Carriers, including wireless carriers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages from Soravel.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not control or endorse. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gordley Group LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gordley Group LLC and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site. For clients, the signed services agreement governs the services themselves and controls in any conflict.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
